Fifty-five personnel from the Taguig City Police have completed a twenty-day Patrol Officers Basic Course in a ceremony held at the Vista Mall Trade Hall in Taguig City.
In conjunction with this, the City Government of Taguig also provided equipment such as bullet-proof vests, helmets, ammunition, and others to the graduating police officers.
According to Taguig City Mayor Lani Cayetano, the City Government fully supports the police force of Taguig. "Taguig backed this PNP program because the additional knowledge and skills of our police in patrolling will help in maintaining general peace and order in our province-city."
Police Colonel Christopher Olazo, the current chief of the Taguig City Police, also attended the graduation of the police officers who studied pertaining to patrolling.
