Over the weekend, Dr. Salinel, often seen on GMA 7 telenovelas, was dining at a restaurant in the hotel when he spotted Bimby.
Bimby graciously obliged when Dr. Salinel requested a photo together.
Bimby returned to the Philippines with his mother Kris on Friday, September 13, 2024, according to a post by family friend and fashion designer, Michael Leyva.

Kris's return to the country is to continue treatment for her immune system issues, under the care of her new boyfriend, a doctor based in Makati City.
"He's part of the reason why I'm confident I can come home because I know there's someone who will help in taking care of me," Kris shared in a statement back in June.
Kris is scheduled to undergo immunosuppressant infusions - similar to chemotherapy but not as potent - in two or three weeks' time.
In an Instagram post, Kris said: "Emotionally I need the encouragement and unwavering faith my sisters & cousins, closest friends, and trusted team of doctors can provide."
Six autoimmune conditions have been diagnosed in Kris, including autoimmune thyroiditis, chronic spontaneous urticaria, Churg-Strauss syndrome, systemic sclerosis, lupus, and rheumatoid arthritis. Results for two more autoimmune conditions are awaited.
"I choose to be 100% honest. I arrived in the πΊπΈ with 3 diagnosed autoimmune conditions, a 4th was confirmed in late June of 2022... this 2024 I was diagnosed with 5. SLE/Lupus and 6. Rheumatoid Arthritis.) We are still waiting for the results of 2 more autoimmune conditions," Kris shared in her Instagram post.
Kris also mentioned in her post that her primary organs are currently being protected while her treatment is ongoing. In an interview with her talk show host friend Boy Abunda, she mentioned the coming months will be crucial as they test a new medication for her heart condition.
Kris thanked everyone helping her, including her "Dr. MP."
Kris ended her post with the statement: "No Surrender. The #Fight continues."
