Entrance to TLC Park is free, and visitors can either walk in or book online to avoid long queues.

The park is open from Sunday to Thursday, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and on Fridays and Saturdays from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
To book online, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the TLC Portal
1. Visit the official TLC Portal website: https://tlcportal.taguig.gov.ph/
2. You will need to either:
• Login if you already have an account
• Sign Up to create a new account
Step 2: Navigate to Services
1. After logging in, you'll arrive at the Homepage
2. Look for the available services section
3. Click on "Taguig Lakeshore Carnival"
Step 3: Book Your Appointment
A booking modal will appear with a simple form. Fill in the following details:
3.1 Select Your Date
• Use the calendar to choose your preferred visit date
• Available dates: November 30, 2025 - January 11, 2026
• Calendar shows availability for each day
3.2 Enter Number of Guests
• Input the total number of guests in your group
3.3 Choose Time Slot
Select one of the available time slots:
• 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• 10:00 PM - 11:00 PM
3.4 Submit Your Booking
• Review your selection
• Click "CONFIRM BOOKING" button
• Alternatively, use "RESET FORM" to clear and start over
Step 4: Booking Confirmation
After clicking "CONFIRM BOOKING", a success modal will appear with:
The system will automatically redirect you to your appointments page after 5 seconds, or you can click "View My Appointments" immediately.
Step 5: View Your Appointment Details
After successful booking, you'll be redirected to your appointment confirmation page showing:
• Event Name: Taguig Lakeshore Carnival
• Booking Status: Scheduled (shown in green badge)
• Event Image
• Group Details:
- Group Size: 4
• Booking Date: Your selected date
• Time Slot: Your selected time range
Step 6: Get Your QR Code
1. On your appointment details page, click the "View QR" button
2. A modal window will open displaying your unique Appointment QR Code
3. Options available:
• View the QR code on screen
• Download QR button to save it to your device
Parking is available at Gate 7: Banai Parking near the Lakeshore Hall and Urban Farm, and Sky Park Building B.
Senior citizens, PWDs, and pregnant women have designated lanes at Gates 2 and 6. Those from the priority sector may bring two companions.
