The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) has declared Luneta Park and the EDSA Shrine/People Power Monument as temporarily restricted areas for the flight of any aircraft, including unmanned aerial vehicles or drones.

The flight ban on these locations is in effect from 6:00 AM, September 21, 2025, until 6:00 AM, September 22, 2025.

"All aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are prohibited from flying within a 15-nautical mile radius of the center of these locations, from the surface up to 10,000 feet," announced the CAAP.
