A fire was quickly put out in a residential area on M. Pascual St., Barangay Calzada-Tipas, earlier this afternoon, June 11, 2026.
The Calzada Fire Brigade, Bureau of Fire Prevention-Taguig, and fire and rescue teams from neighboring barangays in Taguig City promptly responded to the scene.
One house was burned down, but no one was injured in the incident.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
"As a reminder to all of us, let's always be careful to prevent such occurrences. We should also continue to pray for the safety of every family in our community," stated Barangay Calzada-Tipas on their social media page.
