Senator Chiz Escudero arrived at the session hall, increasing the previous Senate Bloc 11 to 12.

The newly elected Committee Chairmen were also announced, such as Senator Kiko Pangilinan for Agriculture, Senator Bam Aquino for Education, and Senator Risa Hontiveros for Health.

Changes were also made to the positions of Senate Secretary and Senate Sgt. at Arms.
