In a 9-5-1 vote, the Supreme Court has dismissed Senator Ronaldo "Bato" Dela Rosa's request for a Temporary Restraining Order/Status Quo Ante Order (TRO/SQAO) that would prevent authorities in the country from arresting him based on the ICC warrant, Interpol red notice, or any foreign order without a local court warrant.

The Supreme Court stated that only interim relief has been resolved and the main case is still pending.

Meanwhile, Dela Rosa's lawyer, Atty. Jimmy Bondoc stated that they do not recognize the said ICC arrest warrant against the Senator.

"We acknowledge that it exists. We acknowledge it because in their eyes, it exists, but we do not recognize it as enforceable," Bondoc said at the PDP's Kapihan event.
