The Taguig Generals claimed victory against Manila MLB in the opening game of the National Basketball League (NBL) Philippines Season 2025 Governors Cup yesterday, July 4, 2025, held at the Nagano Gym, San Leonardo Nueva Ecija.



With a score of 148, the Taguig Generals basketball team dominated over Manila MLB, which only managed to score 86 points.

David Completo of the Taguig Generals was hailed as the GlutaMax Men Best Player of the Game.
