According to the victim's mother, identified only as Melmar, her son had told her he was just going out to buy milk tea and would return right after.
The grade 12 student from Western Bicutan National High School was found lifeless in the said tenement parking lot around 7:30 in the evening.
According to a neighbor, she was cleaning when she heard a loud thud. Upon looking out, she saw the young boy with a broken bone. She immediately contacted the local barangay and the Taguig City Police to report the incident.
The boy's mother posted on Facebook that before her son's untimely death, he had told her he was only going out to buy milk tea. The father expressed deep sorrow in his own social media post, writing, "We love you very much, son...why did you leave us?"
Authorities are carrying out further investigations and conducting a post-mortem examination on the boy's remains.
