Typhoon Inday is losing strength as it heads towards the ocean east of Taiwan. It is now located 570 kilometers east of Itbayat, Batanes. Its wind speed is at 140 kilometers per hour near the center and can gust up to 170 kilometers per hour. It is moving at a speed of 20 kilometers per hour.
