The 33-year-old male was served a warrant of arrest when he was located in BGC at around 6:14 in the evening.
The arrest warrant, which stems from Criminal Case No. 7716 for the crime of rape under Paragraph 1(A) Art. 266-A of the Revised Penal Code as amended by Republic Act 8353, was issued on December 20, 2023, by Honorable Antonio Murillo Olivete, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 267 of Taguig City.
No bail was recommended for the suspect.
The arrested suspect is the fifth person previously sought by the Taguig City Police.
Currently, the accused is held in the Custodial Facility of Taguig City.
