The suspect, identified only by the alias Filsan, 33 years old and a welder, was sought after by the Warrant and Subpoena Section due to a case of illegal drug possession.
A Warrant of Arrest was issued against Filsan by Judge Marivic Cudilla Vitor, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 266 of Taguig City on September 29, 2025 for violating Section 11, Article II of Republic Act No. 9165 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs).
The suspect was apprehended at 9:10 in the morning in Damayan, Zone 1, Central Signal, Taguig City.
