The Bollard Project, led by Captain Arnold Fabian and the entire Barangay Council of San Miguel, aims to keep the students and teachers at the school safe.
Similarly, the project aims to ensure the safety of other citizens passing through the area.
"The installation of bollards serves as protection and guidance for the proper flow of traffic and pedestrians," the San Miguel Barangay stated.
