This office and commercial development is being constructed by Maxblocks Construction Corporation.

The building features four basement levels and base-isolation technology to minimize movement of its foundation during earthquakes.

The system at the Bamberton Center uses 42 sets of high-damping rubber bearings from Bridgestone Japan and supports such as flexible pipe connections and seismic gap covers.
