The Taguig City Police Substation 5 was conducting a foot patrol on Ruhale Street, Barangay Calzada-Tipas around 8:55 PM, when they encountered two suspicious individuals, alias Jim, 26 years old, and alias Arnel, 21 years old.
Upon questioning the two men, the police were able to seize three plastic sachets containing crystal-like substances suspected to be shabu (methamphetamine).
The drugs weighed 30.6 grams and are estimated to have a street value of P208,080.
The two are now detained at the police station as they prepare to face charges for violating the Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
