There is no need to go to the Cactus Open Court as the rice will be delivered to the homes of qualified PWDs.
Registered PWDs of Barangay Pembo only need to present their original PWD ID.
A copy of the PWD ID, front and back, is also needed.
Only one PWD per family will be given free rice under the Rice Up program.
If a PWD from a family or household has previously received free rice under the Rice Up Program, they will not be able to receive again. This is to allow more to benefit from the program.
