Some in the country's oil industry are warning of possible further increases in the coming week due to tensions in the Middle East, following an exchange of missiles between the US-Israel and Iran.
Shell and Seaoil will begin raising their prices tomorrow at 6:00 am, while Cleanfuel will implement the increase at 4:01 in the afternoon.
Other oil companies have yet to make an announcement at the time of this report, but it is often the case that all petrol stations follow similar pricing.
This marks the tenth consecutive week of increases in petroleum products, with a total increase of ₱6.70 per liter for gasoline, ₱9.40 for diesel, and ₱7.70 for kerosene.
