A man was recently arrested for flaunting his gun on Manggahan Street, Western Bicutan, Taguig Barangay.
According to the Southern Police District (SPD) and Taguig City Police, a report was received about a 36-year-old man playing with a gun around 2:00 in the early morning of May 19, 2026.
Officers from Sub-Station 2 immediately responded to the location and apprehended the suspect, known as Joemark, who was found in possession of a .38 caliber revolver without a serial number, marked with "EBP", and three live .38 caliber rounds.
The unemployed suspect was charged with violating Republic Act No. 10591, also known as the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.
The confiscated gun and bullets have been taken to the Southern Police District Forensic Unit for ballistic and cross-matching examination.
