Duck caldereta, lechon pares, siomai, grilled pig's ears, salted red eggs, fried chicken, halo-halo, pastil, BBQ, penoy balut, and coconut bilo-bilo are just a few of the delightful cuisines that tantalized attendees at the Flavors of NCR (National Capital Region) event held at Central Park, Filinvest, Alabang, in Muntinlupa City from April 19 to 20, 2024.

Muntinlupa Mayor Ruffy Biazon spearheaded the event as the host city. Other attendees at the food festival's opening included Taguig City Mayor Lani Cayetano, Department of Tourism-NCR Regional Director Sharlene Zabala-Batin, Association of Tourism Officers-NCR head Charlie Dungo who also leads Manila City Tourism, and Pasay City Chief of Staff Peter Eric Pardo.

This marks the third year that food products from Manila, Caloocan, Las Piñas, Makati, Malabon, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Parañaque, Pasay, Pasig, Quezon City, San Juan, Taguig, Valenzuela, and the municipality of Pateros have been given the opportunity to be served to the public.
