The inauguration of the new building was led by Taguig City Mayor Lani Cayetano.

"In any public work we dedicate, we dedicate this to the Lord; firstly, that this building serves His purpose for the community. Secondly, any building - no matter how beautiful, any equipment - no matter how new, still depends on the people who work here," according to the mayor.
