The relocation ceremony was spearheaded by Senator Alan Peter Cayetano, Taguig City Mayor Lani Cayetano, Taguig-Pateros District Representative Ricardo "Ading" Cruz, Liga President Jorge Bocobo, and city councilors.
The modern facility will serve as a pleasant venue for legislative sessions, conferences, meetings and other public functions.

Each room is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to enhance public service delivery.
Mayor Cayetano stated that these facilities will provide added inspiration for public servants.
"We dedicate this facility to the Lord because, of course, we want to do good. We want this hall to be a venue for passing excellent resolutions and ordinances - a place where transparency and our commitment to our fellowmen are reflected. Let us align our service caliber with our facilities, with our modern buildings and equipment. We owe it to the public to always deliver excellent service to our people."

Bocobo thanked the citizens of Taguig for paying their taxes.
"This is something that we can be proud of as a province-city. We've come a long way, and it's all thanks to the cooperation of our taxpayers. Firstly, our city's business-friendly attitude has been key, as it has attracted investments and gave us the funds to construct our buildings and facilities."
Senator Cayetano said this is a solid testament to public service.
"Our mission is not just for the city to become wealthier, but for the Taguigeño to become wealthier. From the start, we said that. When Taguig becomes wealthier, that doesn't automatically mean the Taguigeño will become wealthier. So we will invest in the Taguigeño: Education, Health, Livelihood, Public Order and Safety because when the Taguigeño becomes wealthier, Taguig will become wealthier."
The fifth floor houses five function rooms, three exhibit rooms, and one meeting room.
The sixth floor is home to the City Council Session Hall, and the seventh floor hosts the City Council Session Hall Gallery.
