The arrest of the suspect, known as alias Otchok, occurred around 8:40 last night, Saturday, and resulted in the confiscation of 190 grams of suspected shabu.
A police agent posed as a buyer, and when the transaction was about to take place, Otchok was apprehended by a combined force of the Taguig City Police Station Drug Enforcement Unit and Sub station 9.
Confiscated from the suspect were 8 plastic sachets containing suspected shabu valued at P1,292,000.00; a Flamma Ignition coil box; buy bust money consisting of a P1,000.00 bill on top of 39 pieces of counterfeit P1,000.00 bills; and a weighing scale.
At present, Otchok is detained at the Station Custodial Facility of Taguig City Police and will be charged with violation of Section 5 and 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
