The passport application process has been made easier for Taguig City residents with the upcoming Passport on Wheels event at Lakeshore Hall, Barangay Lower Bicutan, Taguig City on September 30, 2024, from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.

However, those wishing to secure a passport will need to undergo a pre-application process until September 14, 2024, at the Taguig City Hall Auditorium, from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Saturday. The Civil Registry Office of Taguig will handle one hundred applicants each day.
Necessary preparations for passport application should be made. The passport fee will be payable on September 30, 2024, which includes ₱1,200 for the passport itself, ₱150 for courier delivery to the applicant's address, and a ₱50 convenience fee.
New passport applicants will need the following:
1. Personal Appearance
2. Original and photocopy of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)-issued Certificate of Live Birth. Married women using their husband's surname should also submit original and photocopy of PSA-issued Certificate of Marriage.
• A copy from the Local Civil Registrar Copy is needed if the PSA-issued document is unclear
3. Any original and photocopy of government-issued ID:
• Social Security System (SSS) Card
• Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) Card
• Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) Card
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
• Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) ID
• Philippine Identification (PhilID)/ePhilID
• Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) E-Card
• Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Voter's ID or Voter's Certificate issued from COMELEC main office in Intramuros, Manila.
• Philippine National Police (PNP) Permit to Carry Firearms Outside Residence
• Senior Citizen ID
• Airman License (issued August 2016 onwards)
• Philippine Postal ID (issued November 2016 onwards)
• Seafarer's Record Book (SRB) or Seafarers Identity Document (SID) (must be issued Feb 2020 onwards) issued by the Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA)
• Valid or Latest Passport (For Renewal of Passport)
• School ID (if applicable)
• For minor applicants without a school ID, a copy of the Certificate of Enrolment with a photo of the minor applicant and the school's dry seal should be presented
• For adult students, bring school ID and Certificate of Registration
For those renewing their passport application:
1. Accomplished Application Form
2. Personal Appearance
3. Current ePassport with photocopy of data page; and
4. Original PSA-issued documents that support the applicant's name change
• Certificate of Marriage
• Annotated Certificate of Live Birth
• Annotated Certificate of Marriage to show annulment, divorce, or court decree, and
• Certificate of Death of deceased spouse (if applicable)
