Sa isang dinner sa Palace de Versailles sa France na isinagawa nitong Hunyo 17, 2026 ng gabi (madaling araw ng Hunyo 18 sa Pilipinas), sa pagtatapos ng G7 Summit, nilagdaan ni Trump ang hard copy ng MOU kung saan isang digital signature naman ang ipinanglagda ni Pezeshkian.
Sa labing-apat na talatang (paragraph) kasunduan, nakasaad na:
* Tinatapos na ang labanan at ito ay agarang ipatutupad. Permanenteng ihihinto ang military operations, kabilang sa Lebanon.
* Ang "final deal" ay isasagawa sa 60 araw. "The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran commit to negotiating and achieving the final deal in maximum 60 days, extendable with mutual consent"
* Tatanggalin na ng Estados Unidos ang naval blockade nito sa Iran sa loob ng 30 araw. "During this period, the traffic of vessels will be in proportion to the numbers of pre-war traffic being restored by the Islamic Republic of Iran". Also, the US "further undertakes to remove its forces from the proximity of the Islamic Republic of Iran within 30 days after the final deal."
* Bubuksan nang muli ang Strait of Hormuz, ang pangunahing dinadaanan ng mga sasakyang pandagat na komersyal, at walang sisingiling toll dito sa loob ng 60 araw. "Iran will work not just with Oman but with the Gulf states to set up a broader agreement, a longer term agreement on the Strait of Hormuz"
* Maglalaan ng $300 bilyon para sa pagpapaunlad ng Iran. "The US undertakes with regional partners to develop a fund of at least $300bn (£224bn) for the reconstruction and economic development of the Islamic Republic of Iran."
* Tatanggalin na ang lahat ng kaparusahan o pagpipigil: "The US "undertakes to terminate all types of sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran," kung saan mayroon itatakdang araw para rito.
* Wala na dapat armas-nukleyar ang Iran: "The US and Iran agree that Iran will never have a nuclear weapon, and they will work together on removing Iran's enriched nuclear material through blending on site under the supervision of the IAEA."
Gayunman, nagbabala si Trump na hindi pa pinal ang kasunduan at maaaring magbalik sa pag-atake ang US kung hindi masusunod ang mga nakasaad sa MOU.
