Sa isinagawang press conference sa Marquis Events Place sa Bonifacio Global City, Taguig noong Abril a dos, sinabi ni the Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF) President Tats Suzara na umaasa silang ang Pilipinas ay makikilala bilang isa sa mga pinakamagandang volleyball homecourt sa buong mundo.
Tatlumpu't dalawang teams ang inaasahang lalahok sa turnamento sa Setyembre 12 hanggang 28, 2025.
"I am ready. We are ready. The team is ready. The Philippines is ready to face the challenges and fulfill a dream as our hearts beat collectively to serve the sport. If you love volleyball, then you will surely love the Philippines," ang pahayag ni Suzara.
Kasama rin sa press conference sina Senador at PNVF Chairman Emeritus Alan Peter Cayetano at Department of Tourism Director for Film and Sports Tourism Roberto Alabado III.
Si Cayetano, na magsisilbing chairman ng local organizing committee, ay umaasang magiging makasaysayan na naman ang kaganapang ito para sa bansa.
"It's how we, as a people, welcome the rest of the world. I believe that our hope in a successful hosting will be by faith and action -- faith in God and action as a community. I believe that it's time for the world volleyball to see how united the Philippine volleyball community is," ayon kay Cayetano.
Tiniyak naman ng Department of Tourism ang kanilang buong suporta sa pinakamalaking volleyball event sa buong mundo.
