Naaresto si Allain sa Barangay Western Bicutan kung daan ito naninirahan noong Setyembre 1 ng ala 1:15 ng hapon.
Ang mga tauhan ng Taguig Warrant and Subpoena Section sa ilalim ni Police Colonel Byron F Allatog, Chief of Police ng Taguig, ang umaresto rito.
Ang akusadong lalaki ay dinala na sa Southern Police District Custodial Facility.
