Ayon sa TCU, magsasagawa ng Late Enrollment sa Hulyo 7, 2025 mula alas 7:00 ng umaga hanggang alas 4:00 ng hapon sa naturang eskwelahan.
Narito ang instructions ng TCU:
* Enter through TCU Gate 2 (in front of UBNHS).
* Go to the Basement of the Academic Building and proceed to the right wing of the TCU Auditorium (waiting area).
Narito ang proseso ng pagsusumite ng dokumento:
1. ihanda ang dalawang set ng mahabang brown envelope. Ang set 1 ay para sa mga orihinal na kopya at ang set 2 ay para sa mga photocopies.
2. Isumite ang mga orihinal at photocopies ng mga dokumento sa pagkakasunod-sunod:
* Fit to enroll Medical Certificate issued by the TCU University Physician.
* Grade 11 & Grade 12 Report Card (duly signed by the School Principal)
* Certificate of Good Moral Character issued January 2025
* Recent two (2) pieces 2x2 picture in collared shirt with white background and name tag. (Ex. Dela Cruz, Juan Tan)
* Birth Certificate (issued by PSA)
* ALS Certificate (if ALS Graduate)
