The Department of Transportation (DOTr) has stated that their department and the agencies attached to it are ready to ensure the safety and orderly travel of the public using the bus terminal.
From March 23, 2024 to March 31, 2024, DOTr's supervision over PITX, which accommodates passengers from EDSA Busway and other public and private vehicles, will be stricter.
Below is a list of gates at PITX and the routes passengers can take.
The DOTr has also opened a hotline for those who wish to seek help or report any deception related to their travel.
