The Taal Volcano Main Crater had a minor phreatomagmatic eruption yesterday at 2:34, on June 30, 2026.
This explosion lasted four and a half minutes, according to the observations of the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).
"The event consisted of three pulses that produced jets of dark gray ash and steam-rich plumes that rose 1,200 meters above the crater before drifting to the southwest," stated Phivolcs.
The Taal Volcano remains on Alert Level.
