In a statement by Taguig City Mayor Lani Cayetano, she emphasized the importance of legal operations.

"What the City of Taguig provides you is not just an ordinary franchise, but also trust - and we know as Filipinos that trust is priceless. Let us abide by the laws and regulations and always prioritize the safety of our passengers. Let us promise to be responsible members of our associations."

The TODAs expressed their gratitude to the City Government of Taguig, especially since their franchise was free.
