The young individuals participating in this volunteer program are expected to enhance their skills while helping others.

Meanwhile, Taguig City houses the Hiraya Youth Development Center where the youth can visit to read or play.
It is open to all Taguig youth who desire a safe and joyful space for them to gather, learn, and practice for their school assignments.
The center is located at Laguna Lake Highway, Barangay New Lower Bicutan and is open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 in the morning until 5:00 in the afternoon.
