Every Sunday, Cayetano Boulevard and the C5 Service Road in Taguig City will be closed to motorists from 5:00 to 9:00 in the morning.

This is to provide space for Taguig's Car-Free Streets, allowing Taguig residents to freely play, cycle, participate in Zumba, jog and walk as part of the City Government's campaign for healthier and more active lifestyles for its citizens.

The Taguig Car-Free Streets initiative every Sunday morning was launched yesterday, March 16, 2025, led by the Taguig Mobility Office (TMO).

In order to encourage more citizens to cycle, free bike lessons and bicycle maintenance are available.

The City Agriculture Office also distributed free seedlings and planting guides to inspire residents to engage in backyard gardening.

Taguig's citizens have expressed their appreciation for the City Government's implementation of Car-Free Streets every Sunday morning, giving them more freedom to use the roads and helping to reduce vehicle pollution in the area.
