A 30-year-old woman, wanted for violating Republic Act 7610, also known as the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation, and Discrimination Act, was arrested at the Hall of Justice in Taguig.

The warrant of arrest was served to the woman, known only as "Danica," by personnel of the Taguig City Police Station while she was at the Hall of Justice on General Santos Avenue, Barangay Upper Bicutan, Taguig City on January 1, 2026.

Officers of the Warrant and Subpoena Section of Taguig CPS, along with the IG RIU-4A and PIT-Rizal, served the arrest warrant to Danica. This was issued by Judge Byron San Pedro, the Presiding Judge of the Family Court, Branch 15 of Taguig City back on July 9, 2024, with a recommended bail amount of ₱3,000.00 ($60).

Danica is a resident of Iliya, Buting, Pasig City.
