The 18-year-old suspect is accused of statutory rape of a minor.
It was revealed that the individual, known by the alias Nathaniel, is wanted for the crime of Statutory Rape, a violation of Article 266-A, Paragraph 1 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended by Republic Acts 8353 and 11648, related to RA 8369.
The warrant of arrest against him was issued by Judge Loralie Cruz Datahan of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 69 of Taguig City.
No bail was recommended for the temporary freedom of the accused.
Personnel from the Warrant and Subpoena Section, led by Police Captain Camilo N. Fajardo Jr., along with the SDIT RIU-NCR, carried out the arrest at his residence.
"The Taguig City Police reiterated its commitment to pursuing and arresting law offenders, particularly those included in the Most Wanted list, to ensure that justice is served and peace and order in the community is maintained," was the statement released by the Taguig City Police.
