The US-managed company is currently looking for Computer Engineers, Network Engineers, System Administrators, Technology Solution Architects, Software Development Engineers, Business Analysts, and Business Development Representatives at its office in Philplans Corporate Center, 1021 Triangle Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Registered with the Board of Investments (BOI), ITBD is a company involved in outsourcing, management, and support services in technology and infrastructure design, cybersecurity services, cloud services, network design and network operations center services, business helpdesk services, tech talent staffing services, and SaaS software solutions for talent management.
"The decision of the company to expand in the Philippines came on the heels of the government's campaign for more knowledge-based and high-technology services and manufacturing investments that leverage the excellence of the Filipino workforce," the BOI stated.
"Our customers in the US are asking for Filipino talent, which is why we've decided to expand our operations in the Philippines," ITBD Chief Executive Officer Sunny Kaila said.
They started with fifteen positions and now their needs have increased with 250 open positions for Filipinos with technical expertise and the ability to learn quickly.
Initially, the work will be 100% on-site, but hybrid arrangements could be considered later.
ITBD is also planning to establish an office in Clark, Pampanga.
