Ang ITBD, na rehistrado sa Board of Investments (BOI), ay isang kumpanyang may kinalaman sa outsourcing, pamamahala at support services sa technology at infrastructure design, cybersecurity services, cloud services, network design at network operations center services, business helpdesk services, tech talent staffing services, at SaaS software solutions para sa talent management.
"The decision of the company to expand in the Philippines came on the heels of the government's campaign for more knowledge-based and high-technology services and manufacturing investments that leverage the excellence of the Filipino workforce," ang pahayag ng BOI.
"Our customers in the US are asking for Filipino talent, which is why we've decided to expand our operations in the Philippines," ayon naman sa ITBD Chief Executive Officer na si Sunny Kaila.
Nagsimula sila sa labinlimang trabaho at ngayon ay dumami pa ang kanilang pangangailangan at naging 250 na ang bukas na posisyon sa mga Pilipinong may kahusayang teknikal at madaling matuto.
Sa umpisa ay isandaang porsiyentong on-site ang trabaho subalit maaari ring mag-hybrid kalaunan.
