According to reports from the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), 10 were rescued in General Santos City and two were injured.
Two were injured and another two were rescued in Sarangani.
In South Cotabato, seven people were injured.
Fourteen buildings have been damaged in General Santos City.
BFP Regions 11 and 12 are currently on red alert, with Search and Rescue Operations continuing.
Operations are currently underway at Savemore and CPAVI Warehouse Calumpang in General Santos City.
"While our forces are on the move, we express our sympathies and prayers for our affected citizens in the earthquake-struck areas," BFP said in a statement.
