Applications are now open for the Lifeline Assistance for Neighbors In-need (LANI) Scholarship Program from the City Government of Taguig for students in the second semester of the 2025 to 2026 school year.
Students can apply online from March 31, 2026, to April 15, 2026.
Applicants must be aged 18 and above and previously enrolled in a school. The applicant must also be an active voter in Taguig, and at least one parent should be an active voter in Taguig.
The student applicant must have good behavior and a commendable character.

To apply, simply visit this link: https://scholartaguig.gov.ph
Click on "Register Now!" to be redirected to the Taguig Citizen's Portal at https://tlcportal.taguig.gov.ph.
Create a new account if you don't have one. If you do, proceed to Step 7 to verify your account and log in using your credentials.
In the TLC Citizens' Portal dashboard, find and click on the "TAGUIG SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM" section. Here, you will complete your online application by providing the necessary information.
Once you have completed all the answers, submit the application to receive a confirmation message sent to your registered email address.
