Under the UPLIFT or Unified Package for Livelihoods, Industry, Food, and Transport program of the Marcos Administration, financial assistance is divided among three groups amidst the intensifying oil crisis due to the resurfacing conflict in the Middle East.

Group 1 includes 4Ps and Zero Hunger beneficiaries, totaling over 3.5 million, who are identified through the current list of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). They will receive a one-time financial aid of ₱2,000.
Group 2, often referred to as the "poor" and "near-poor," consists of 2.5 million households selected through the 2024 Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) of the Philippine Statistics Authority.
On the other hand, Group 3 includes "low-income workers," about 1.5 million, along with their families, identified through the records of the Social Security System (SSS).
Beneficiaries of Group 2 and Group 3 will receive ₱2,000 each month from July until December.
The DSWD stated that this method ensures a more equitable distribution of aid by carefully identifying the suitable recipients of the assistance.
The delivery of aid will be through the beneficiaries' Land Bank and GCash accounts or can also be manually given out, organized by the local government units and DSWD.
