Firefighters swiftly responded to the blaze at Unit 407, Building 14, MRB Barangay Ususan, preventing further spread of the fire.
According to the report of the Quick Responders from Barangay Pinagsama Fire and Rescue Team, an electrical problem was identified as the cause of the fire.
The fire was fully extinguished around 6:46 PM.
