The Bagumbayan Youth Council, led by Ava Victoria, stated, "It's crucial to ensure that our students are prepared, have self-confidence, and have basic necessities to start their new school year properly."
The Youth Pamper 2026 program aims to assist with students' basic needs as they return to school.
"It also seeks to boost the confidence of our youth as they prepare for a new phase in their education," added the Bagumbayan Youth Council.
Support for their program was spread by the barangay captain Jane Santos, along with her entire council, and the leaders of CP Sta. Teresa Elementary School and Bagumbayan National High School.
