This is part of the annual provision by Taguig City Government that covers complete school needs.
The distribution of free school uniforms began at Ususan Elementary School and Dr. Artemio Natividad Elementary School (DANES) last Saturday, June 13, 2026.
Marie Marcelino, President of the League of Barangays, emphasized that education is crucial in ensuring the bright future of the youth, and the city government's support for students and their families continues.
"We should not only think about how to get through daily expenses. What's important is our children continue their studies and achieve their dreams. The Taguig City Government is here to assist them every step of the way," said Marcelino.
The distribution will proceed to other public schools in Taguig.
