Not just young, single women from Taguig City are eligible to participate in the beauty contest for Mutya ng Taguig 2024.
Now, even those in their thirties up to senior citizens can join, as long as they still have the right to strut on the beauty and talent stage.
Taguig City has not only removed the age limit but has also disregarded the marital and parental status of the applicants for the beauty award.
On April 12, 2024, Friday, is the last day for application for the Mutya ng Taguig 2024 beauty pageant. Here are the qualifications:
• Resident of Taguig City, including the EMBO (enlisted men's barrio) barangays
• One or both parents should be Filipino citizens
• High school graduate or higher
• Born female
• No age limit but must be 18 years old on the day of the pageant
• Single, married, widowed, even with children
There is no longer a requirement to be a resident of Taguig City for a year to encourage those from EMBO barangays to participate in the pageant.
