The ninth most wanted individual in the city, who evaded the law for three years, has finally been apprehended by the Taguig City Police for the second half of 2024.

On the strength of a warrant of arrest for theft and intimidation issued by the court in Taguig, an unnamed male was arrested by the Warrant and Subpoena Unit of the Taguig City Police Station in Barangay Lower Bicutan on April 5, 2024.

The accused has a pending warrant of arrest for criminal cases under Number 4739 for the Revised Penal Code (RPC) Article 293 or Robbery, released by Judge Marivic Cudilla Vitor, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, NCJR, Branch 266, Taguig City since March 8, 2021. A bail of Php100,000 has been recommended for this case.

Another case under Number 3659 for RPC Article 294 - Robbery with Violence Against or Intimidation of Persons, issued on March 2, 2021 by Judge Bernard Pineda of the Regional Trial Court, NCJR, Branch 70, Taguig City, has also been served to the accused with a recommended bail of Php100,000.

The accused is now incarcerated in the Custodial Facility of the Taguig City Police Station.
