Kagoshima is the seventh member of the Luffy gang to be deported by the BI. Luffy is a fictional character who is the captain of the "Straw Hat" pirates in the Japanese manga series One Piece.
Kagoshima was arrested by the Immigration fugitive unit in Pasay City on March 4, 2024. He has been on the wanted list since October of the prior year when the BI issued a summary of deportations against him and eight other members of the Japanese gang.
In addition to the Luffy gang, Kagoshima is also allegedly a member of the syndicate JP Dragon, which steals victims' cash cards by impersonating police officers.
