Oscar is charged with statutory sexual assault as per Article 266-A, Paragraph 2 of the Revised Penal Code, which is connected to Section 5(B) of Republic Act 7610.
The warrant of arrest against Oscar was issued by Judge Byron Gabbuat San Pedro, the Presiding Judge of Family Court Branch 15, Taguig City, on May 25, 2026.
There is a recommended bail of ₱120,000.00 for his temporary release.
At present, Oscar is being held at the Taguig City Police Station Custodial Facility.
