Si alyas Oscar ay may kasong statutory sexual assault sa ilalim ng Article 266-A, Paragraph 2 ng Revised Penal Code, na may kaugnayan sa Section 5(B) ng Republic Act 7610.
Ang warrant of arrest laban kay Oscar ay ipinalabas ni
Judge Byron Gabbuat San Pedro, Presiding Judge ng Family Court Branch 15, Taguig City, noong Mayo 25, 2026.
May rekomendasyong piyangsang ₱120,000.00 para sa pansamantala nitong kalayaan.
Sa kasalukuyan ay nasa Taguig City Police Station Custodial Facility si alyas Oscar.
