Taguig City Mayor Lani Cayetano stated that these supplies will greatly assist with cleaning efforts, flood preparation, proper waste disposal, and overall environmental care.
"We are one with the MMDA in effectively managing solid waste in Metro Manila. Not only during the rainy season, but our Flood Management Office (FMO), BESTaguig, and CENRO continue to clean the environment and drainage systems to ensure the safety and cleanliness of our communities," Cayetano declared.
The mayor expressed gratitude to the MMDA, led by Atty. Romando Artes, for their ongoing support and provision of tools that will aid in flood prevention and proper waste disposal.
