However, only a small percentage of exam takers passed. Out of 302,028 examinees for the Professional Level, only 45,730 or 15.14% passed.

Meanwhile, at the Subprofessional level, only 4,366 or 14.73% out of 29,647 who took the test passed.

"We congratulate all passers of the August 2025 examinations. Passing the CSE is a significant step toward a career in public service, and we hope that this achievement inspires more Filipinos to join the civil service," said CSC Chairperson Marilyn B. Yap.

The list of passers is available on the CSC website at csc.gov.ph.

Even those who did not pass can view their examination results through the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System until October 25, 2025. The Examinee Number is required to view individual ratings. If there's no rating, it will be sent by mail to those who took the exam.

The Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) for the passers, printed on CSC's letterhead, can be obtained free of charge from the CSC Regional Office (RO) or Field Office (FO) where the applicant took the exam, beginning November 18, 2025.

A COE printed on security paper can also be obtained from any of the 16 Regional Offices across the country for a fee.

It is advised to schedule a pickup from the CSC website before visiting the office.
