Those interested in serving the nation as soldiers are welcome to apply as walk-in applicants on the examination days.
Applicants are required to be at the application venue by 7:00 in the morning for processing, with the examination beginning at 12:00 noon. Applicants are encouraged to bring their own food.
Applicants are required to wear a white t-shirt, long pants, and closed shoes.
Those who applied online, by mail, or as transferees must bring:
1. A printed Exam Permit with a recent 2x2 photo with a white background;
2. One (1) additional recent 2x2 photo with a white background;
3. A valid ID (School ID, Driver's License, National ID, etc);
4. Their own No. 2 pencil.
Walk-in applicants are required to submit:
1. A duly accomplished Application Form;
2. A photocopy of their PSA Birth Certificate;
3. A photocopy of either their SHS Form 137 or 138 (with at least an 85% GPA/GWA);
4. Two (2) recent 2x2 photos with a white background;
5. A valid ID;
6. Their own No. 2 pencil.
There is no fee for the PMA examination.
